The Yachtsman Lodge is one of Kennebunkport's few genuinely dog friendly lodging establishments; dogs are always welcome at The Yachtsman Lodge and Marina.

The Yachtsman Lodge is river-front property located on Ocean Avenue just 3/10 of a mile from the center of town (Dock Square). It boasts 30 river-view rooms with king size beds, private bathrooms with granite vanities, and private patios overlooking the Kennebunk River and our marina. A fulsome country continental breakfast is served daily, as is our delightful afternoon tea featuring cookies, scones, fruit breads, Mighty Leaf teas and even espresso coffee, all presented on the lodge's waterfront patio and both served in our water-front breakfast room with our compliments. There are bicycles and two-person canoes on site for use free of charge. Our guests also enjoy the use of our sister property's waterfront fitness room located at the Breakwater Spa, a quarter-mile further down Ocean Avenue.

Our King Deluxe Rooms feature rich mahogany moldings and furnishings integrated with crisp, clean white interiors and down comforters on King-size beds. They have vaulted ceilings, two-person dining table with padded wicker chairs and private standard bathrooms. Glass doors open onto private patios that overlook the marina where you can enjoy a magnificent view of famous Kennebunkport where many prestigious sailing vessels anchor each season. Each room is also appointed with a sitting area and writing desk.

Our King Deluxe Sofa-Bed Rooms are equipped with a King-size bed, a queen size pull-out couch, and are decorated in the style of a handsomely appointed yacht. They have vaulted ceilings, private bathrooms, and large glass doors leading to their private river-front patios.
