"Pets Can Stay sponsored our club’s most recent agility trial event (Aug 2004). Pets Can Stay was able to provide discount rates at local pet friendly hotels for our out of town participants. Our participants as well as our trial secretary were able to avoid the tedious task of calling hotels in the trial site vicinity to find out costs and their pet policy as Pets Can Stay was able to make our participants aware of what hotels accepted pets and were able to offer discounted prices on their accommodation.

As a sponsor for our event, Pets Can Stay also provided a raffle for our event participants. Pets Can Stay provided signs, ballots and a ballot box, a grand prize of a free weekend for two, as well as providing several secondary prizes of 5 lbs. Bags of Dartford treats. A Pets Can Stay representative brought everything needed for the raffle to the trial site and set it for us so there was no extra work for the club. The raffle was very popular as the entry ballots were located at the registration/ribbons table. People anticipated the draw at the end of the weekend. Our grand prizewinner was very excited to with her prize as she was from Washington State and was happy that she would be able to attend a future trial run by our club. Pets Can Stay had made it possible for her to afford to come again!

Pets Can Stay sponsorship was definitely a mutually beneficial relationship. Our participants were made aware of Pets Can Stay and the service that they provide, and our club was able to offer a fabulous raffle with sought after prizes making the event just that much more enjoyable for our participants!
