Additional Pet Policies:	Pets must stay off the furniture unless a special sheet is used - sheets are provided. Owners requested to pick up after their pets - pet waste bags are provided. If leaving pets unattended for a period of time, please crate dogs who may potty or do any damage such as chewing or scratching doors; barking is not an issue, as the property is very private. Please ensure your dog is on a flea control program prior to arrival, and please vacuum all dogs hairs prior to check-out. There is no fence, however the property is large (2.5 acres) and non-aggressive dogs and dogs that mind their owner's commands are welcome to roam free.

Cancellation Policy:	The full rental amount is due 30 days prior to occupancy. If cancellation is made in writing and received by the company 30 days before the occupancy, a full refund will be issued, minus a $100 booking/administration fee. If cancellation is made after the 30 days before occupancy, no refund will be issued, unless the property is re-booked.
