We are located on a quiet cove of the beautiful crystal clear Tamarack Lake. This is a motorless lake (electric motors only), so soak up the peacefulness of a pristine Haliburton Lake in our canoes, kayaks or paddleboats. We are 5 minutes by car from the village of Gooderham for your supplies such as groceries, Laundromat, beer or liquor and fuel. A 20 minutes drive will find you in the town of Haliburton. Here you will find quaint shops, galleries, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, liquor & beer stores, pottery studios & a wolf compound. There are miles of biking, hiking and boating opportunities.

We are open year round. The OFSC & ATV trail system is a 10 minutes ride from the door of cottage. In winter, you can cross-country ski on our trails & the lake, ice skate or ice fish on Tamarack Lake. In spring, it’s time to break out the canoe or kayak, wet a line or peddle the back into your legs. In summer, relax on our sandy beach; enjoy the water and the full use of our facilities. Fall brings the opportunity to enjoy studio tours amidst the breathtaking colours, as the maples, birch and poplar spread their beauty across the picturesque hills and valleys surrounding the clear blue waters of Tamarack Lake.

All cottages are fully equipped housekeeping cottages; some with woodstove/ fireplaces. They all have private 4 piece washrooms. Kitchens have fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & propane BBQ.

Pets allowed on the beach and allowed off leash if pet well behaved and with owner. Pets must not be left unattended in cottage (even in a kennel). Visitors may not bring a pet.
